Annabelle is the gym owner & head instructor with 21 years experience and has been training in this sport for 28 years.

Kev has been instructing for 13 years. Lorna, Richard and Ebony have all been instructing for 11 years. Poppy has been instructing for 10 years. Izzy has been instructing for 2 years. Ethan has been instructing for one year. With Leo, JJ & Miley new to the instructing team and now have been on board for 6 months.
